• Excellent meal!

We had an excellent meal at Full Bloom. Very creative items on the menu. We had the Kale Radicchio Edamame Dumplings and the Sun-dried Tomato Cauliflower Tartare with Avocado Mousse to start. For the main meal we had the Stuffed Baked Tomato over Polenta and the Homemade Spinach Gnocchi with Mint Sauce (especially tasty). Then the Tiramisu for dessert. Service was outstanding, and we sat outside and enjoyed the view of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. It's on the 2nd floor of a guarded condo building, so you have to be announced and they come and get you. This is easier if you have a reservation, which I did only because I called ahead of time to ask another question. This is mildly annoying but we got over it pretty quickly :-) We also parked on Purdy Ave and walked the 5 minutes to get there. As you walk along Island Ave, it's the Costa Brava Condos—the 2nd major condo on Island Ave not the first.
