I’ve visited Bloc on multiple occasions, and while the menu is decent, there always seems to be an issue. While some nights offer bargain dishes, overall the food quality is inconsistent. On my most recent visit, we ordered the seitan bao buns, which were overloaded with dressings and salad , overshadowing the seitan. Additionally, the Moving Mountains dog arrived with cold chili, possibly due to the 50-minute wait for pre-prepared food. It’s worth noting that this was the first time I experienced such slow service, and it doesn’t reflect poorly on the waiting staff. If you’re headed to a gig, it might be best to explore other dining options. Updated from previous review on 2023-04-04
