- Great Vegan Options in Lexington, KY
This place is a gem in Lexington. It has a nice little café attached to the health food store. In the café, they have a hot bar, cold bar, and sandwiches made to order. What I love about this place is that everything on the bars are clearly labeled vegan. I visited on a Sunday, and they had vegan biscuits & gravy, vegan sausage, roasted cabbage scramble. It was a great meal! I definitely will be going back next time I'm in Lexington.
