• Mixed feelings

Me and my boyfriend had lunch there last week and I have to admit, this is the best Japanese food I have ever tried in my life. The way we were treated, however, was very unprofessional. We arrived there 25 minutes after opening and were told that it will take 40 minutes to prepare our food. We agreed and went for a 30 minute walk. After our return we had to wait not 10 and not even 30, but 55 more minutes!!! We were given no excuses and have simply been ignored. A couple who came after us became their food before us. After that I went and asked how much longer it is going to take and was told that it isn't their fault our food takes so long to prepare. The later as the waiter brought us our food, he told us he wouldn't have recommended we offer something at all when we would have said him straight away that we had a bus to catch. We didn't think it was necessary though because when you are told that it is going to take 40 minutes then you have a right to trust this information. Anyway, because of that, we had to eat pretty quickly and could not enjoy the food as much which was really disappointing.
