• One star. At best.

It was so refreshing to see a vegan restaurant in Cordoba. So much so that I travelled 12km to visit. On entering I was shown to my seat. 10 minutes later I was brought a drink of flavoured water. After another 15 minutes I was handed a plate of food to which I responded that I hadn't even received a menu yet. The chef then came out and asked what the issue was. I explained I had been waiting nearly 30 minutes for a menu at which point I was finally handed one. (I have to point out that it was not even busy, but a very quiet Tuesday afternoon.) Cue ten minutes later, still no service and then, surprise surprise, the waitress then appeared with the same plate of food that I hadn't ordered. After much discussion with the waitress I was finally able to order some food. 20 (!) minutes later, my appetiser arrived. Unfortunately it was lukewarm on the outside yet absolutely frozen in the middle. At this point I decided to call it a day and move elsewhere to find lunch. To say this is the absolute worst service I have ever received in a restaurant is an understatement. It's a shame there is no option for a 1 star review because that is more than it deserves.
