I love Gojo; it's my favourite Ethiopian restaurant in Nashville... of the two that I know of. hehe. The veggie selections are a good number, and they are all delicious. They also have some great traditional Ethiopian coffee; they roast the beans in house when you order the coffee. I highly recommend coming once to get half the veggie platter selection, then coming a second time to get the other half that you missed the first time.
