  • Overpriced and drenched in oil.

Arrived early but the only table (bar) available was in the entrance, a draughty, garage-like foyer. We were told it would be a long wait for food (it was a Friday) despite only being half-full. I ordered a "Crunchy Pide" which I believe is a Turkish dish, and I looked forward to delicious bread. When it arrived (ten minutes after my friends' meals), it was a skewered pile of oily veg held together with cheap bread; basically a slippery club-sandwich. It was accompanied by some defeated-looking, sorry chips which tasted like they'd been left out in the rain, then zapped for 20 seconds in a microwave. Don't order the 'Fat Bastard' wine as it's overpriced and is akin to drinking Chinese vinegar. When we paid, we weren't asked how our meals were and I just wanted to race home to the loo. The only thing right about the place was the waitress' estimation of a bloody long wait.
