- Great place to purchase most health food
ABC is the best place to buy health food on the island: Their prices are generally better; the turnover seems consistent; and they keep a great selection of nuts refrigerated. (Their prepared food doesn't attract me personally, as it includes a lot of synthetic meats and soy-products.) The staff are friendly and helpful. Just bear in mind they close early on Friday afternoon for their Sabath and are closed all day Saturday.
