- Great Vegan Smoothies!
On a hot August day, we enjoyed DELICIOUS vegan smoothies. Many choices of fruit and vegetables. Soy milk available as a base, as well as yogurt, milk, and apple juice. Prices are reasonable: 20 NIS for a large fruit shake; 24 NIS for a large milk/soy shake. The service was excellent: very friendly and attentive. We highly recommend Tree of Life! I asked about the tuna on the menu, as a number of Happy Cow reviewers were upset about it. The proprietor said that she has taken tuna OFF the menu. Yet another example of Happy Cow making the world a tad more compassionate: one menu item and one restaurant at a time. :)
