  • A few 'can be made vegan' choices

Nothing vegan on the menu other than chips and salsa and fries or an overpriced hummus plate which you can pay extra for to add fresh veggies. Salads, some pizzas, a hummus sandwich, and a portobello burger can be ordered without cheese. That's about it. Side orders of tabouli and veggies are offered...the taboulli was terrible. Service was slow, but very friendly. Being a downtown brewing company, it seems to be a hotspot. Lively atmosphere=deafening roar. Honestly, it was unpleasantly loud in there although it made for a great people-watching spot. We were underwhelmed and frustrated by the noise and slow service for the price. However, they were willing to make some substitutions and we had a hummus sandwich with tabouli and a cheeseless pizza. It was a meal, but nothing special. You're better off exploring a chinese or mexican restaurant on the outskirts of Holland, stay away from the downtown if you want to eat vegetarian or vegan.
