- Good for light meals, rubbish for puddings
This place is better than their 'sister' place the Salad Table for vegan food. It has a nicer atmosphere and better opening hours, as there aren't many places in Edinburgh that open Sunday afternoons (well it did when I was last there). However, the menu isn't very adventurous, and the puddings are rubbish. They serve the only cherry pie I've ever eaten which has virtually no flavour. I'd go again, but stick to the savoury food.
