I was in Yingge 2 years ago and I don't see the vegetarian restaurants on happy cow so I started on the hour walk to Sanxia for a real meal. there's no walking across the river so I grabbed a bus. 15 NTD. buy and fill an easy card and life is easier. this place was easy to find on a street that looks like university students would be there. the food was very simple. fine enough, but not heavily flavored, think healthy. little to no English during my visit except for a menu. I spent 95NTD (about 3 USD) and consider that a great deal.
