• bad waiter experience

Had a very bad experience here - First time - Waited 40 minutes for entrees (came undercooked) - Waiter forgot my drink order - I ordered baked mushrooms vegan option And received non vegan option. I asked the waiter if is was real cheese and he responded immediately with "yes" and smirk. No apology or there was a mix up, the waiter said "well the damage has been done" implying I should just eat it and followed that with "I'm vegan too" which makes less sense to me. My friend and i stood up spoke to the lady in charge who was lovely and helpful. She explained to us he is new waiter and apologised. We said we were happy to pay for the drinks which she was ok with and we left. The other staff were nice and the food we did have was fine. The venue was pretty but I won't be going back.
