This is the canonical breakfast place in Amherst center that is packed on weekend mornings -- like AN HOUR wait, cuz everyone wants IN. Vegan breakfast options: vegan french toast, vegan rice flour omelette with choice of filling, vegan breakfast burrito, tofu veggie scramble, tofu southwest scramble and VEGAN pancakes WHEW OMG GO GET SOME. They have soy milk for your coffee and earth balance for your toast !! Also: homefries and soy sausage. Bring your fam, go with your friends, great place.
