- Great food, customizable options
Xristo's is a great casual stop. They have options that can be easily made vegan, such as the falafel gyro, the veggie gyro, the hummus with pita or veggies, and the dolmathes. The service is always excellent, even in busy spurts, and the staff is always friendly. Definitely a must-try for those in Waco!
