  • Lentils were missing

This evening was a Sri Lankan evening. I read it as from 6:00-9:00pm. I arrived at 6:25pm, sure it was crowded. But was disappointed only two dishes were available. I had the spicy stir fry vegetables, (why oh why do they add TVP pieces)? I removed them and found the spicy had curry powder or paprika, too much for my raw food taste buds, unable to eat. The dessert was a semolina cake, was ok, passable. I just wonder what they were feeding ppl after 7pm? I'll go back and try again and see if it's worth a HC sticker. I dined alone, would have been a bit embarrassed bringing a friend. Did revisit today. We had their ratatouille and salad and Columbian beans with cabbage salad both were served with white rice, tasty and well seasoned. Only comment the aubergines a bit over cooked, mushy. We shared the apple cake was nice. Service was good. We visited this again and really we feel third time is our last. We ordered curry veggies with slaw and rice, curry sauce was watery Also ordered chickpea with potatoes and roasted nuts came with rice. Nuts were white not roasted, had ginger very stringy ovrrall both were disappointing. The dessert pancake with maple never came, waiter disappeared till the end. I know its staff is voluntary, but some sort of professionalism is needed. Didnt get a Happy Cow sticker. Updated from previous review on 2018-10-08
