I met Nina for the first time a couple of weeks ago at a sustainable edinburgh even, which put her in a good light staright away. I had seen flyers about for a year or so but hadnt actually seen her food. As with most raw desert makers she has an eye for detail. as it was a free event i only had a small taster and i cant wait to try more.great looking deserts with a healthy balanced taste.
