- Good for lunch
This restaurant is similar of the two other Pique-Prune restaurants in the area of Rennes. However, we find it a little bit less interesting than the others, in terms of food and place. The place looks like more to a classic cafeteria than the others and the food was not as good as it was in the others. The day we tried it, there was no vegan dish of the day because the one without dairy had honey. And people who worked there didn't understand why we did not want to eat it even if there were only "a little honey", as the woman said. We consequently tried the buffet which was not bad but really less exciting than a real dish of the day, and also more expensive. Vegan choices of the buffet were less numerous than in the other Pique-Prune restaurants. In spite of that mixed experience, the food is completely organic, which is great. Look at the website to see the dishes of the day in advance. You can also visit their organic grocery just beside the restaurant that is very pratical.
