- A good option for vegan lunches in the European quarter
I personally think many of the exki's on the happy cow Brussels map should be banned, and perhaps pulp too. However, I do find pulp to have a good vegan offering, everyday they have the vegan salad with red quinoa, a lentil hummus, nuts, spinach, red cabbage and fruits-I find it's delicious. Everyday they also have a vegan soup option-the soup is kind of weak and watery, but it's vegan and will warm you up. They also have a vegan focaccia with grilled Mediterranean vegetables and a zesty hummous. You can also get soy milk for you coffees there. Generally everything is delicious. I am not fond of the packaging as it's wasteful, I wish they would have a non-packed option. But it's apparent they care about giving a vegan option option for everything, they seem to get the concept of tasty vegan food too. Personally I think the people who work there may be vegans. In Brussels, in the European quarters it's hard to get vegan for lunch, so it's a very welcome option.
