They gave me honey laced chocolate in my "vegan" bowl to go. I ate it and came back with a friend and saw that the chocolate in the bowls was honey mamas. This makes me sad and I feel like an act of ignorance on the staffs part. I really hoped the lady taking my order knew what vegan meant. I guess I can use this as a lesson to ask more questions pertaining to what I'm ordering in a non-vegan establishment. I can't just assume people know that honey is an exploited product from beautiful bees.
