Well... Don't expect a healty shop: Yes they have vitamin, and some oils, and a lot of infusions/spices/herbal things, but that's not awesome. I go there, because there is nothing more in Managua, but when I go out of Nicaragua, i run to others places to buy what I need. I appreciate their own brand - Naturaleza - which is good, and not expensive: that cool and from Nicaragua. But I have big doubts about the real "medicine" effect about all that vitamin, and pills with a very comercial packaging and promeses.
