- Vegan lasagna at Backstay Bar
I had a vegan lasagna and a soy latté. Both were very tasty! The prices for the food are very reasonable, but I found the soy latté a bit expensive (4 €). On the fair side: it was quite a large latté. The little cake was not vegan, unfortunately. Tip for Backstay bar: serve tiny vegan brownie with coffee ;-). They do sell vegan pies from Madam Bakster, so they might as well. The waiter was also very friendly and we didn't have to wait very long for our food. The restaurant is not cosy, but the interior is very cool (meanding hip, not cold), with vintage chairs that reminded me of my grandma's kitchen. So I felt quite at home! We are definitely going back!
