- Delicious Vegan Food in Stuart, FL
I was pretty excited to find that there was a vegan restaurant in Stuart, where my snowbird parents have spent their winters over the past few years. (It's billed as a café, but I wouldn't feel comfortable bringing my laptop and working here all day—this is a casual restaurant.) I went with my mom and we ordered four dishes to share: the root salad, the Asian noodle salad, the summer rolls, and the cauliflower and garlic flatbread. It was definitely too much food for the two of us (and I can eat)—we took most of the noodle salad home to eat for dinner. Everything was SO GOOD—really fresh, flavourful, and beautifully put together. If I lived here, this would be my go-to spot for sure.
