- Amazing Vegan Cheese
This place is a hidden gem in Barcelona. The owners of this shop are serious cheese geeks. They make a half-dozen different varieties of cheeses; all raw, all nut-based, all fermented, and all with incredible flavors. These cheeses are the real deal, folks. Not the highly processed stuff that you find in the shops. One variety features cashew nuts soaked in sea water from Formentera! Talk to the owners when you go and they will help you choose the right cheese for your tastes. Personally, I'm a big fan of the parmesan and the feta.
