- A couple vegan options but slow service
We went here for lunch. There are only a couple of vegan options, one of which was a veggie burrito. The restaurant is tiny and not able to serve multiple tables at once. We had to wait for two other tables to get their food before we even got our drinks. The drinks came after 1/2 hour, and the food right after. The burrito was quite tasty, with veggies, lots of fresh lettuce, and a nice sauce. It wasn't our best meal in Copan, but it was far from the worst and it was a great value. If they'd brought our drinks sooner, I'd have rated them higher.
