A cova dos ratos is a really low-budget place wih an anti-capitalist d.i.y. mentality. I have been here 3 or 4 times and eaten at least twice. It was the only place to have a safe vegan meal with a really low budget, but I cannot be so satisfied when it comes to the taste of the food, it was ok. A place to visit when there's a chance.
