• Expensive to shop online

I love the range of delicious vegan foods on offer, I don't live in Sydney so have to shop online. I've never had a problem with the service, fast to dispatch and great courier service, fast. The only problem is, it is quite expensive. I can't afford to place an order too often as the total cost of shipping for me is $17. This includes a cold pack and ice costing $5, on top of the $12 shipping. No other online vegan store charges for ice and packing. A popular item has had a price rise from $12.50 to $13.65, when all other items, seemingly less popular in this brand are $12.50. It's hard being veg in Australia, it's even harder when buying and shopping online is out of reach for many people on a budget. I find it frustrating that when shipping costs are so high I can almost never place a full order of everything I want. At any given time a wide range of popular items are out of stock, meaning I have to constantly try to wait till everything I want is in stock at the same time in order to avoid excessive postage costs. This almost never happens. I love the food, service is great, but the postage and product prices are high meaning I consider shopping here a luxury indulgence I can only consider a few times at most during a year.
