- Very tasty food, but no English Menus
The restaurant is near the south end of Marutamachi Subway station. Exit through door 6, take a right, and then turn right (toward the west) on the first alley you see. Go about two mini-blocks down the alley and Vegenote will be on your right. The place has very friendly staff, but no English menu and no pictures. We just trusted the staff to pick dishes for us after showing them a card with our dietary restrictions written in Japanese. They chose a very nice sampler platter (with miso + fruits + tea + rice). It came to 2K yen per person, so it isn't cheap, but it ain't super pricey either!
