- Good food
This is a good place for foreigners because there is a display of the food just before you enter the restaurant. The items on the top shelf are the first plate, and the items on the bottom shelf are the second plate. You can just point to what you want, in case you don't speak Spanish. The set meal includes one plate from each of the 2 shelves, plus a fruit drink and a simple dessert. The price is 20 soles for the set meal Monday through Saturday (effective March 2026). Delivery available for an extra 3 soles. You can eat for much less in the historic Center of Lima but you have to travel up there to get the lower prices. As a comparison, just a couple of blocks away there is a street with about 15 restaurants (not vegetarian) and they only charge 14 soles, so there is a premium for eating vegetarian in this area. The customer service here is great. There are about 25 tables here, and I recommend arriving here at either 1:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. At 1:30 p.m. all the tables are usually taken. A good thing here is that if you eat lunch late (after 230pm for instance), they will still likely have set meals available, where the other veggie places will have already run out. The building is painted green. Very convenient to the tourist area in the Miraflores neighborhood. Credit cards accepted, and pet friendly.
