I was visiting friends in Swellendam and they told me there was a new vegan/vegetarian restaurant in Swellendam. Of course I had to test it after over two weeks without a proper vegan meal traffeling through the middle of nowhere in eastern SA with my non-vegan family. And I have to say this place was amazing. It absoloutly nourished my body! I had the Green Alkalizer smoothie, which was creamy, full of vitamins and proteins and just delicious. My mum and my friends also loved their smoothies and juices. We ordered 2 wrap and 3 spring roll portions, which were prepared with love. They all came with a wonderful fresh salad. Everthing tasted absolutly amazing! The atmosphere of this little place is beautiful as well. It is decorated with love and offers inside and outside seating. You can buy some superfoods, organic cosmetics and typical South African gifts. They also offer desserts. I had a brownie at home afterwards and it was very delicious! Besides it must be said that the owner was very lovely. She was so welcoming and friendly. I had a wonderful lunch and will defenitly come back as soon as possible!
