- delicious cheesecake!
This was my first time ever eating cheesecake (I am allergic to egg), and I was not disappointed! My husband and his parents all gladly consumed the cheesecake and commented on how much they enjoyed it...none of them were vegan or knew that the cheesecake was vegan. The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars was due to the ingredients; there was HFCS in the list which was pretty lame.
