- I would love to eat there every day
Blossoming Lotus is an amazing vegetarian restaurant. So wonderful, in fact, that I would eat there everyday if I could… I had the Thai salad and it made me want to move to Oregon! Great staff, exceptional food that is incredibly tasty, fresh, and lovingly presented, and all of that in a very casual setting. FABULOUS.
