- Nordlys - a great choice!
Ever since Souls, a vegan place, opened as next door neighbors to Nordlys, it probably isn't the easiest to get vegans to go to Nordlys. They should though, because Nordlys is great! The chef is vegan herself, and she is very creative and an excellent cook. If you want to go with people who is not open for vegan food, they also have meat on the menu and I would say it's one of the best places in town to go to eat with omnivores.
