  • Good raw food. Not very Peruvian.

This is a good vegan raw place. The people are nice and the place is clean and comfortable, but, since I specifically went for the Ceviche and the Tallarines a la Huancaina, I would just say that the dishes were edible, but there is no chance whoever makes it or developed the recipes is Peruvian. No chance.
