- Not vegan & not good
Despite advertising everywhere as Vegan. Pure is vegetarian and not vegan, in fact they now serve dairy over vegan options. You must state if you are vegan. The food is mediocre at best, served dairy cheese on a "toasted" sandwich. It was partly toasted bread with cold filing and expensive! I ate dairy for the first time in years as apparently in this widely advertised "vegan" cafe serves dairy cheese as standard! The cherry & almond cake would of been great, if it hadn't been stale.. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired - they are more interested in making money then providing vegans with ethical foods. I shall never return.
