This place is indeed located right above track 4 inside the train station Warszawa Centralna. It seems to be fairly popular and offers vegetarian and vegan Polish classics. I had the vegan spinach pancake rolls (with the salads, of course), and a dessert which I believe was a chia fruit pudding. Red, with fruits. Slightly jelly-like. The pancake roll with spinach was freshly made and was very good. It came with a tomato sauce which was on the spicy side, but that was also very good. Standard Polish salads (surowki, i. e. raw cabbage and carrot salads). The chia fruit dessert was amazing. Now, does this deserve five stars or four? I would say four - it's not something that I'd say you should travel for, but clearly the best vegetarian option I have ever seen at a train station. But then, it has no downsides, so maybe five stars are warranted.
