- Nice noodles
Udon noodles are my favorite so I was very happy to discover Hoshina. They have plenty of vegan options, and I was told that they're actually transitioning to a whole vegan menu next year. I also loved the matcha soy milk pudding. The restaurant has a really nice vibe and you can watch the chef make noodles from the window!
