My friend and I just left Vanucci Brothers. It was almost closing time, but they happily took our order. The gentleman in the kitchen, I presume he owns the place, Michael, was extremely pleasant and is a vegetarian himself. He told me that there will be a lot more vegan options on the new menu he is going to roll out in 2017. There is an entire vegan menu with a lot of options. I have had the pizza there before with fried Mac n chz balls, today we got the Baked Ziti. Everything is made fresh and is absolutely delicious. Melissa, the young lady behind the counter is also very pleasant and personable. We had a nice chat with her while we waited for our food to be ready. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this place for vegan options. ❤❤❤
