I have called numerous times in the past to ask if they carried certain products I was looking for and most times they would say no we don't have that and get off the phone in a hurry. They never seemed interested in knowing more about the products so that maybe they could inquire and stock them in the store? That's ok I'll patronize other companies who are more passionate about their work. Updated from previous review on 2016-12-04
