- Great Indian Food
I had the delicious Vegetable Set which more than made up for the uniformity of its colour by the variety of its flavours. Each of the small dishes had a distinct and delicious taste. Among the best Indian food I have eaten anywhere - including India. It cost 4,000 kyat, about US $3 or $ NZ 4.30, which makes it moderately expensive by local standards. Worth every penny, though. The restaurant is small, pleasantly air-conditioned, softly lit, nicely decorated, and spotless. The staff are exceedingly pleasant. Good free wi-fi too, not so usual in Yangon.
