- Separate vegan menu
I ate here twice and had lunch and dinner. There is a vegan menu in English which has small number of choices. The restaurant is upstairs, and has a funky coffee shop vibe. There are two kinds of vegan Japanese platters, one with miso, pickles, rice balls, tofu 'steak', and edamame. Or you can get the Excellent Japanese Platter which has all of the above plus vegan tempura! The sauce on the tofu 'steak' was delicious - tasted like miso and peanut. The tempura was also nice. There are also some vegan desserts, a chocolate cake and a banana spring roll. The service is friendly. However, the food can be a bit expensive
