Today 14th is Buffet day, twice a month the Vietnamese go vegetarian. Here they had a buffet spread of many kinds of prepared vegetables. People paid what they like for their food. The owners try to get the visitors to go vegan, a good idea. But I enjoyed what was offered and had a takeaway for later. Highly recommend They do have ala carte menu on other days.
