• Best frituur for vegans in Ghent

We get our weekly sinner's meal from here regularly and with an average of 16 euro's for two, a big variety of options for vegan snacks and burgers (always mention it) and quick service, this might be the best junk food joint around. We're always stuffed afterwards and we're glad that these guys are around. Be sure to plan ahead, because the queue stretches into the street from 6 to 8. I've heard that they fry in palm oil, which is sad because of its origins. Unlike other reviewers I wouldn't stop going there, this place is the bomb. I might just ask if they'd be able to deliver as good a service with different frying oil. The fries are truly supreme, I'm guessing the use palm oil is a strategic decision to get the best of both worlds (great fries and vegan-friendly), but it's worth asking.
