- Awful service, but the food is pretty good.
Staff are rude, tend to ignore you and don't seem to hold any customer service skills. Service can sometimes be slow - and if you're dining with a friend don't be surprised if your food doesn't turn up at the same time. I've had to eat cold food because I politely waited for my friend's meal to arrive. Have waited around 20 minutes for a take-away sandwich to be made - not OK if I'm popping in on my lunch break! The hickory smoked burger is incredible! Worth ignoring the bad service for.
