  • Best Food in Asia?

Any vegetarian who has traveled around the world a bit and has been to Cambodia knows that the ability of the Cambodian Chef is far superior to virtually any culture in the world. This has to be the strangest restaurant I have eaten at in over in 2 decades. (the wonderful, but odd "vegetarian house" in San Jose was only odder) Yet, it is perhaps this oddness that adds to the charm to make it perhaps the best restaurant in all of Asia. Please note, food for us took 1 hour to arrive and we were the only one in the restaurant. Everything was completely from scratch and everything was fresh. The quality of the soup, main dishes and dessert were simply divine. I think we ordered 3 times and were there for 3 hours. Six months after we ate here, we still talk about this place.
