The DC lacks good food vegan options so I was thankful to find this after being starved from finding no vegan food in airports and driving home. I was happy to stumble into this cute but small bakery. Even better was that it offered drinkable chocolate and had a special of seitan stew. The stew was very good. The apple pie for dessert was ok. Crust was not crisp but it was trapped in a plastic container so it may have been the packaging that did it in. The baked goods and reviews swayed me into buying the cookbook as a gift for my boyfriend. I hope it will result in gifts for me. I wouldn't think to eat here for health but when I am ready to indulge myself, I will be back.
