• Good Food, Not Great Experience

I really wanted to love this place, and I would give it another shot if in DC, but my experience was not great. The ordering system was confusing to me, and the space in the back where you order was very cramped. We were there for brunch, and both my husband and I picked one of the brunch entrees and two sides. His was pre-prepared and given to him right away (breakfast sandwich), and they said they would bring me mine after I sat down, and it took almost an hour. They were not even all that busy. However, my vegan omelette was very tasty, and the mac and cheese was okay. The desserts looked great although i didn't try any. I really felt like I should have been warned that my food was going to take such a long time, and that they should clarify their menu and ordering system. I went back to check on my food while waiting and no one apologized or gave me an idea as to when my food would be ready.
