The food here is phenomenal but what makes this place special is the willingness of the owners to not only cater to, but also add to the menu for more vegetarian and vegan ingredients. When I asked what was stopping them from doing so already, they said they would love to but nobody ever asks. Let's give them a hand with positive patronage and I'd bet we'll see even more vegan meat alternatives.
