- Very different, beautiful place
This might not be the place for a fancy date, but if you want to experience a real, open and friendly squat in Amsterdam I highly recommend Joe's Garage. On the evenings that food is served you pay only 4 euros for a great, two- or three course hearty meal. This is a place where you can meet thriving and inspiring people, play cards, sit in the garden en always discover something new. Updated from previous review on 2016-10-20
