- Wow your friends!
I am not a raw foodist. Though mindful of the healthfulness of dishes, my main quest is delicious food. No word of a lie, the chef/owner of Indigo is a food *genius*. Without exception, the reaction whenever I've taken anyone there for a meal has been.... surprise --surprise because the food so far surpasses expectations. That surprise reaction makes it especially fun to bring friends for the first time. Everyone says they will come back again. When it comes to raw food, I'm not sure I've ever had better. I confess I've never tried a smoothie or other drink there, but each food dish is at least an 8 out of 10. Every bite of the raw pizza is worth it. The nut cheeses are to die for. The perogies are delightful. The soups are wonderful--I cannot seem to make a mushroom soup at home that good. The desserts are especially fabulous, particularly the coconut cream pie. My only wish would be that the food menu were larger so I could have more unbeatable food adventures there. I cannot bring you all there personally to experience it, so you'll have to take my word for it and go on your own.
